The Saint St Grill has been a jewel nestled in the heart of Port Moody since opening in the summer of 1998
More than 25 years ago, in July 1998, two Port Moody residents opened the doors to their new restaurant; Saint St Grill. With an eclectic interior, where the vibrant personalities of our founders radiate warmth and charm, it created an ambiance as unique and inviting as the food we serve. The Saint St Grill swiftly garnered accolades and recognition as a distinguished culinary option in the midst of the TriCities. The restaurant opened with a singular commitment that has always been at the forefront of our mission; to provide a friendly and superior dining experience.
In August 2020 we welcomed the esteemed Chef Juraj Dado to head our kitchen, ushering in a new era of sophistication and culinary finesse. Previously the Head Chef at Vancouver’s revered Bishops Restaurant, Chef Dado infused our menu with his artistry and nuanced European flavors.
October 2023 marked a significant milestone as Chef Dado became the proud owner of Saint St Grill. With a vision to blend tradition with contemporary elegance, Chef Dado set about transforming our beloved establishment. The interior was subtly toned down while the patio was transformed into an al fresco dining room, perfect for savoring meals under the open sky.
A testament to his dedication to creating memorable dining experiences, Chef Dado introduced the Chef’s Table—an intimate experience where small groups can indulge in a decadent 8-course culinary journey. Complementing this are our seasonal main menu and a sublime five-course tasting menu, both using the freshest local ingredients and infused with the Chef’s talent and creativity.
